We run our training with a slightly different mindset
1:1 training is often viewed by clients as the best return on investment, this is not completely accurate. 1:1 training focusses mostly on actual skill, whereas teamwork training focuses on resource management, solution prioritisation and strengthening the team.
Being aware of your own resources, and those of the divers around you at any point during the planning phase or the dive is a big part of safe diving at a more advanced level. This is something we spend a lot of time on during our training.
Understanding what problem to solve first is often key in creating a positive outcome from a problematic scenario. Understanding what result your choice has is paramount in correct prioritisation.
Everyone learns differently, at a different speed, some of us only truly understand theory when we are doing it, others struggle with skills but are wizards during the planning phase. We adjust to meet your needs.
